Summer School. Really. OK, I get foreign languages, but math. I want to be in theater after collage. how Is anything besides money math or music theory going to help me in this evil evil industry? they teach critical thinking in all classes. so why does math even exist? I don't get a monologue and instantly start thinking about how the square root of forty nine is seven.
Another thing. The Pythagorean theorem. That alone took me over two months to learn how to pronounce. Better yet learn how to use. Who is going to wait at a train station, try to guess when the train will come, and not knowing whether he or she is right or not. and the math that should be taught Is merely reviewed. My point is they teach the wrong things in school. Period. Because either math is horrible, or I am horrible at math.

I admit it. I have contorted eyes. No I don't see things all crooked I just see things from the other perspective. You humans are so fascinating. You see the world as it is. some of you see it brighter, and some of you see it darker. You see it as, it is what it is and it's not what it's not. But what if it is what it's not and it's not what it is. What am I even talking about? This is what I actually struggle with. you see this Is how I see things. A rose for example. this thing can see. It sees me talking to it. it sees me as a friend and you as an enemy. How dare you pick this adorable little thing form its family and friends. Your so evil. It may have contorted eyes but it can still see.
Whenever I think about this question, I think about how technology has changed even through the last decade. back in the day, if a group of people were lost, they would rely on their mind and senses to help them find where they were. (This information will come in handy later on in the essay.) think about it like this. Back in the day the mind was an only child, then technology came along and the mind became obsolete.
once technology grew older and the GPS was invented. It started taking over the mind's job of helping people find their way. now a days we have cellphones and we don't use our minds and senses as much. What do we do If we are lost in a forest with no cell service. (This is amusing there is no one in scouts or no one that has Asperger's syndrome in the group.) Our minds our obsolete. After technology, the minds are left out in the cold alone. And if you think about it, the mind represents us. Come on. Let's be smart. We're not robots. P.S. Mom and Dad, if you are reading this, Let me help you. I am smart. Hello. My name is Maddie Near, and I am an adult. I have been so ever sense childhood. Now I know what your thinking. "How can a child possibly be an adult. they don't have to pay bills. they don't have to go to work. They aren't even old enough to leave the house."
There is a difference between being an adult and being a grown up. Grown ups are the people who have flown out of the nest. they pay bills and have responsibilities. Adults are the people who understand the world in a grown form, but see it in a child's eyes. I am the youngest so I have always been told that I couldn't help because I was too young. But in the midst of it all, I had found that I was always right. Most of the time:). In a situation, children can find a solution faster than any grown up ever could. Now does that not seem adult to you. One dream. How can one persons dream change the world. Many people think they know this, but the answer is more complex than simply just ending world hunger. There are dreams of people ending world hunger or curing cancer. Then there are the dreams that you become a soccer player in the Olympics, or an actor singing your heart out on stage. but with so many good dreams also comes bad dreams. you could dream about a nuclear war that could happen any second, or being chased by a nasty burgler.
I am one person and I have had all of these dreams. One memory from those dreams led me to the fact that we go into the same dream every time we dream. It's just in a different location. We spend 6 years of our life dreaming. dreaming gives us a perspective into the world that we might not even know we see. Many people think that we have multiple dreams, when really its one other life we live. So you might not have ended world hunger, but in dreams, the world has changed through your eyes. |
